The activities were really good. Best was the Prague medieval meal, the island trip in Venice and the wine tasting. Tour leader was lovely and meant I didn't have to think about anything stressful ? Nice hotel complex, the staff work hard to keep it clean and tidy. The kids entertainers were brilliant and definitely put a smile back on my kids' faces. Rooms are a nice size and comfortable, but the walls are really thin. No Beer/Larger or soft drinks available in the restaurant. You have to pay to use TV in room and pay for WiFi. But these are only minor things. We are extremely grateful for the hotel taking us in and rescuing our holiday.
